Mubasher: The shareholders of Real Estate Trade Centers (Marakez) agreed to raise the capital by 4%.

During both the ordinary and extraordinary general meetings of Marakez, the shareholders agreed to increase the capital by KWD 550,000 to KWD 14 million from KWD 13.45 million.

According to a bourse disclosure on Thursday, Marakez noted that following the capital hike, the creditors’ account will decrease by KWD 550,000.
